We have a new home

We have been based in Basel since August 1. There are many good reasons for this. With the completion of automated warehouse management by SVZ Schweizer Versandzentrum AG, the last 15 tons of e-commerce components found their way to Entlebuch on July 28, 2025, where a robotic system handles logistics dispatching fully automatically from the moment an order is received by iQcom, either online, by phone, or by a sales representative or system integrator for IT components via email. Order by 3 p.m. and get it delivered tomorrow is now a reality at iQcom.

In addition, iQcom has also upgraded for the do-it-yourself community and had special packaging cartons developed so that even just one or two PV modules can be delivered quickly and easily by mail for a balcony power plant. The mail delivers it.

It cannot be taken for granted that the mail will always arrive. iQcom (Switzerland) GmbH has been operating in Basel for two years now, and the mail diversion from Kerns to Basel has left much to be desired on more than one occasion, which has also affected our administration to some extent. Somewhere, there was probably a crocodile hungry for mail...

With the building permit now granted, the building at Stanserstrasse 109 in Kerns will be converted by the owner into an indoor sports center for badminton and squash with a restaurant. The concept is good, the location is ideal, and we wish Erwin every success and thank him for the great relationship we had as his former tenant. It's going to rock there.
