For natural and legal persons from Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein
- You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract for a subscription or for a service or hardware within seven (7) days of placing your order, stating the reasons.
- Any costs incurred for personalization, provision of services or freight costs are excluded from this and must be reimbursed or paid in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
- The deadline shall be calculated as from the date of order confirmation by iQcom.
For natural and legal persons based in the EU
- You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract for a subscription or for a service or hardware within fourteen (14) days of placing your order, stating the reasons.
- Any costs incurred for personalization, provision of services or freight costs are excluded from this and must be reimbursed or paid.
- The deadline shall be calculated as from the date of order confirmation by iQcom.
Warranty for goods
- A warranty period of two (2) years as from the date of purchase shall apply to all hardware goods purchased from iQcom such as telephones, switches, routers etc., irrespective of whether the manufacturer provides for such a warranty. The relevant date for the calculation of the deadline is our date of dispatch under which the serial number of the device has been registered.
